Bethel is continuing its tradition of helping local families with a basket of food and household items during the week of Thanksgiving. Six of the baskets will help Stockwell families. Last year Ms. Owen, Stockwell’s principal, let us know that she and the Stockwell families were overwhelmed with our generosity. On Sunday, October 30th, there will be a board in the Narthex that has suggested items to purchase. Since shopping can still be difficult and some store shelves are still bare at times, there will be envelopes in the pews for financial donations. Please make checks out to Bethel and write Thanksgiving on the memo line. You are welcome to bring your donations on the Sundays of November 6th, 13th, and 20th. Baskets will be delivered on November 21st.
